This may just be sci fi thinking... But I've heard aging in humans described as making a copy of a copy of a copy, eventually you end up with a damaged cell that doesn't resemble the original. And then there is cancer, which is also imperfect replication in a way. Is making cells reproduce perfectly an end goal of cancer research and would that have ramifications for aging in humans?

I am a sole prop, I have another business locally that has chosen to begin using my name on Google business listings (my business name is Durham Sign Company). I just incorporated as an LLC and was going to do a quick trademark of my name and logo. I've gone with a shotgun approach to covering my ass before approaching him about the issue.

Any advice?

Oh yeah, if you happen to go to my website you'll see what is probably a glaring trademark violation. This will be removed moving forward :)
