I was adopted at 10 days old and I feel the same. I forget unless it comes up. I have a ton of non physical traits from both my parents. I'm comfortable talking about it but it's usually other people that get weird.

In my country we only have 7s for women and it blows. Seriously, as a prop, it's just so boring. Scrum, ball out, sprinter gets a pass and puts a try. It's like watching pro basketball, ball goes back and forth for 14 minutes. I'm ready to quit until we get 15s.
