Hey Mike, just wanted to say I am a huge fan of your work as both a comedian and a storyteller. I think you have an incredible ability to be insightful, self-depricating, honest, and totally relatable.

Also I wanted to say that I'll be seeing you by myself in Boston at the Wilbur on February 14th. Yes, I bought one ticket for a show on Valentine's Day. See you there!

Hi Rich! Really excited for the new book to come out.

I've been trying to create structure through routine of exercise, but having some trouble getting motivated. How would you recommend making a lasting change?
