Interesting, could the dumping of fresh water into our oceans have any effect on this? How much clean water would we be needing to dump along our coast to have an effect on the salinity of the water? California dumps more fresh water into it's ocean than any other state. A lot of older plants have been "grandfathered" into old dumping regulations as well which don't require them to clean the water as much as they should be.

I know nothing about marine life but I am an environmental engineer specializing in waste water. Clean water is one thing I know.

They prefer cash tips because they don't claim it and then don't have to pay taxes on it. The company prefers cash so they don't have to pay out to the CC companies.
