You were basically a kid. Even if you thought something was wrong and felt it was wrong, it can't be expected that you would know with certainty. The legal system is so complex most Redditors here don't understand it, myself included, let alone a 16 year old likely being told its normal or not an issue.

Standing up now is probably the best you can do now, but definitely be careful not to release any private or personal details without having consulted a lawyer first.

Very interesting. It's almost like a preliminary version of VR communication (as I expect it will be in the future). Just randomly VRing into people's houses for social interactions. The interaction, while in this situation is different from normal, it seems like it could probably provide a lot of people a positive and beneficial experience to combat loneliness and depression.
