You mentioned having a solid gun-control plan. Would you care to elaborate on that? I can't seem to find anything that describes your stance on the subject.

While I didn't think I'd have anything to add when I came here, I figured this would be a good opportunity to get the opinion of someone who would know better on this topic.

You mention Martin Shkreli, and up until a few weeks ago I was of the opinion that he was price gouging only for personal gain, and I thought it was reprehensible. However, I recently came across a video where he explained in depth why he raised the prices of certain rare drugs so immensely, and it changed my view on the subject.

His explanation was that those drugs in particular were over 70 years old, and absolutely terrible at doing what they were supposed to do, to the point of even being potentially harmful, but because the disease they treated is so rare, no company has put in the many millions it would take to create a better, more modern drug. By raising the prices, he was able to dedicate that extra income to researching a new drug for those diseases, and claimed to have even given the drug away for free when people were unable to pay the new price for it.

As someone who knows far more about the business than I do, do you have other reasons for believing Shkreli took advantage of the system? Because the reasoning he gave sounded genuine and like one I could get behind, but I'm not knowledgeable enough on the subject to say anything for certain.

You were amazing on Lost, and this is one of the better AMAs I've seen, considering you've actually been answering questions. Thanks for doing it!
