I have never understood the "pink" thing. Buy a pink spatula for $15 so $2 can go to research? Why not give that $15 to research/charity to help those with the disease and buy a spatula at the dollar store?

I have no questions for you, just an appreciation for your voice. There has been a lot of breast cancer in my life and they all hate/hated pink.

First, amazing! Im proud of you.

My insurance will cover the surgery if the patient had bypass surgery. But if the patient did it via lifestyle change alone, nope. It's dumb.

I am an autopsy assistant. After an autopsy, we put the viscera in a bag in the thoracic cavity. What do you do with that when embalming? How do you embalm a plastic bag full of organs?

I agree with you. If you look at the people and the businesses, you know that isn't how it is anymore. People buy things because they are pink.

In the beginning, it worked. Then greed and commerce took over. That and we all are very well aware that our breasts are ticking time bombs.

I was asked if I put pink in my hair for breast cancer awareness, for shits sake. No....I just liked magenta.

Edit: the problem with the company is that they use a disease to sell a product giving very little of the money to research/charities. It has become little more than a marketing gimmick.
