Another question I forgot to ask - what would you say are some top tips for recovery after surgery? (Pun intended) 😄 Things like topical wound/scar care or anything else you recommend. Also what clothes do you suggest people come to surgery in? I've heard mixed answers of some surgeons allowing boxers to be worn for comfort vs others saying just the surgery gown. Hi there! As someone getting DI with FNGs later on this year, what would you recommend to people who struggle visualising themselves with smaller nipples and can't decide on a size or placement? Is there a standard go-to that you work from or do you work out what will look best aesthetically on each unique body?

Also do surgeons usually provide post op binders or is that something patients have to buy themselves?
