I like that just before that he says "My story is similar to most of you," and then he goes on to explain that he was 12 years old when he was born.
Come to think of it, I think he still is 12 years old, because I think a 12-year-old wrote that.

Because it doesn't make a profit. All the profits go to the teams. The teams pay taxes. The NFL just funnels money from TV to the teams and allows the league to negotiate fat TV contracts as a unit.
Edit: it appears that the NFL might make a profit. If that is the case the IRS should do something about it. If no one is making them pay I have a hard time blaming them for non-payment... Take away their 501(c)(6) status.

Interesting. If it is the case that the NFL is making illegal profits then I would wonder what actions, if any, have been taken by the IRS.

So is the NFL doing anything wrong here? Thinking about the article that OP linked to, I feel like much of it is much ado about nothing. I mean, sure 300K for caviar does seem a bit silly, but 300k is hardly a drop in the bucket when it comes to how much money the Federal government is wasting. $6 billion might have been stolen from the Iraq war effort. Next to that, I really can't be all that bothered to care about a few million dollars. Let alone a few hundred thousand.

Just in case you are joking...Russia does indeed have summers. Long, hot, humid summers. The climate in much of Russia is similar to the climate in the upper-Midwest and the Canadian Prairie: Long, brutally cold winters. Long, unrelentingly hot summers. Spring and fall are transitions between "too hot" and "too cold".
