I think it is worthwhile extending a point of your message and what the author has shared. It isn't just America that is filled with cheap goods from China. It is Europe too and likely the world. To me, just saying America makes it seem like a lesser problem.

I'm from the UK and I find it quite interesting that "extreme views" on gun control can be considered as stopping concealed carrying etc.

Unfortunately this seems to have been an issue stretching back throughout the vast majority, if not all, of our history.
