I feel like I employ those same tactics with my 2 year old. The law enforcement thing is funny. It says right before they ring in that the call is being recorded. They can't even deny it.

Do you have any good tips for calming down an irate customer on the phone? Are you allowed to just hang up on them if they start cussing at you?

I have a problem where I can see a squiggly line in the middle of my vision all the time, and can track its movements as my eyes move. I believe it's called an eye floater. It becomes very distracting when I read and has been there for a few months. How do I get rid of it?

Edit: looks like you already answered a similar question. But my floater is not going away. If anything, it's getting bigger. Am I doomed to see squiggly shit for the rest of my life?
