Are there any exceptions to being able to donate bone marrow? i.e Anaemia, certain medications etc?

Id hazard a guess that your wife had Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome I’m unaware of OPs condition, but P.o.T.S has been known to come or go with pregnancy, and is also something people can grow out of, all depending on the type of P.o.T.S you know.
