I'm a cook and think being a private chef would be cool. How does one get into such a specific and probably rare position?

I got really thirsrty and comfy and laid down on my couch. Woke up with an oxygen mask on in an ambulance asking for a cigarette. Felt pissed they woke me up too. But everything was just black.
