I'm assuming it becomes more of a cosmetic approach at that point. They're fine with the surgery itself getting done, but not happy with the precise look of everything afterwards.

I think Smith and Tennant could both crush it as the Master. Tennant has already shown he can be a bomb ass villain as Killgrave; and even though 11 was insanely carefree and aloof, when he got serious, Matt Smith could fucking bring it.
