Have you tried New Balance? I always hear commercials on the radio, and I can't recall the sizes they go up to, but there were also other options, like wide/thin, etc. They boast about having really high women's sizes, which are probably easier to find than larger men's sizes. The commercial was for a New Balance store that does a lot of podiatrist-type things. Sorry for the lack of knowledge about shoes on my part. I'm a woman. I'm tiny, and I wear a US size 6, so I didn't pay much attention. However, my left foot is about an inch or more longer than my right, so my friends often refer to my left foot as my "big foot." From the pic, it looks like you've got the same issue, but I can't be sure.

Have you talked to a doctor about getting your tonsils removed? I would get really sick like 5 times a year with strep. I finally got them out when I was 18, and I never got strep again!

I wonder how many people go through Casablanca from those areas? It would be horrendous if cases started popping up there.
