He did it as a revenge scheme. To get back at his father for always telling him he was “wasting his life” with art.

Firmly agree with this advice. Some of the best and deepest world building I have ever seen has been built for absolute garbage books. A creator may have a great mind for crafting a cool and detailed universe, but in no way does that mean they know how to tell a story

I heard that once the show switched over to a “fake” trailer park, some of the crew actually lived in the trailers during production. Is that true?
