OneNote is great and I prefer it over Evernote in a lot of ways, so please don’t take these questions as negative. For me, there are two big gaps compared to Evernote--the Web Clipper and Tagging.
The Web Clipper has come a long way, but I still find it inferior to Evernote’s. The recent version has been buggy not worked well for us. Can you give us an idea of what is coming in that regard? Shortcuts would be great. I also have a lot of trouble “loading my notebooks”

Adding custom tags is awkward, as is searching for tags. Maybe I need to learn more about this, but it is not as intuitive as Evernote for me. Can you speak to where you are going with tags in the product? The ability to centrally manage a tag store across multiple notebooks is appealing to me.

Don’t get me wrong, I think OneNote is great and I’m moving away from Evernote. Thanks for doing the AMA.
