Dots on vowels?? If you're talking about the difference between say U and Ü, I can assure you all Turks are able to read Turkish without the diacritical marks just fine. That's how web addresses work for example, or how Turks write when they don't have access to a Turkish keyboard.

It sounds like you worked inside Moria, ie after refugees have been registered, is that right? Did you see anything of the conditions in the queues outside? Were you still there when the rains hit in mid October?
