Bc if you flew let's say 1 hour at four gal an hour and before the flight you had full tanks. Now let's say you fuels it and it only took 2 gal to top it off. That should tell you something is wrong! A red flag should pop up and go ding ding ding hold on something's not right. He is a flight instructor and ran out of gas. Haha shitty flight planning and a shit pilot. He should have all his ratings revoked and put on trial for killing his instructor.

This is called- being a shit pilot. Learn what your planes tank has regardless of falsification of a poh. You have filled it up before? How much did it take to top it off? I'm sorry to hear what you went through but it was 100 % your fault.
