We don’t use those two curse words together. I don’t know where Americans get the combo from.

Edit: ok, guess there is a large “culture” that uses them together. To be fair, the only time I’ve heard them used jointly was from second generation immigrants from Uzbekistan to the US, and I grew up in the 90s in St Pete so my generation curses freely - just more stylishly.

1) Oftentimes evidence-based decision making relies on quantitative data. What are your thoughts on using qualitative data and mixed methods research and program evaluations?

2) Data requires interpretation and context to make decisions. How can open data and the new law provide that so that raw quant data isn’t pulled out of context?

3) Also, to what extent the nudge unit will have a say in how the policies are created?

Thank you and completely agree. Hopefully more decision-makers will appreciate qualitative data as a rigorous data collection method and scientific evidence and not just “anecdotal evidence”.
