I've seen you guys probably close to a dozen times between Ezoo, UMF, EDC, and all manner of clubs, but haven't ever heard your remix of 'handguns' get played. Why not? Still my favorite remix of yours!

I wish more people had told that to the kids I had in some of my intro-level philosophy courses. There were certain intro classes all majors had to take, and after a semester in the program essays became a relatively simple matter:: The argument in this section is [blank]. The author concluded this because of these premises and this logic. One of those premises is weak because of [blank]. Therefore [conclusion]. I could usually bang out 4 page assignments in 2 pages and do great. When I would help out a couple friends of mine taking courses as electives they'd always have this grandiose fluff throughout the paper. "Since the dawn of time, mankind has wondered-" no. shut up. write the argument and its logic. You're not rewriting 2001.

So yeah. Good quote to consider when writing.

Not a question. But thanks for writing the books. Last Crusade has been my favorite film since I was a kid. In fifth grade we had a day where we dressed as characters from a book and I went as Indy. My teacher said it didn't count because it was a movie character, but then I pulled out the LC novelization and smugly used this loophole to be Indy all day.
