What do you think are the best places (worldwide) for a company to develop? (tax-wise , Grant-wise, Laws etc...) Mainly biotech and focused on GMOs because eventhough the cultural backlash is strong at the moment the potential for revolutionary technologies to sprout from this area is amazing. But it can be hold back by society and laws... any thoughts on that also...
