I HAVE seen differences between browsers, but usually only a few bucks difference. A bigger difference that I have seen is going to international versions of sites and checking prices. For example, the last trip I took to visit my gf's family in Vietnam (and also a side trip to Thailand) was around $1050 on the US sites. Checking the Thai version of the same website (same company just .co.th), THE SAME FLIGHT only cost $690 (including all bank related fees).

Wish I had known this 8 months ago, when I was booking my first flight to BKK and SGN. Prices for christmas time were 750RT, only a bit more than what I just paid. I thought oh it will go down in the next cuople months. WRONG, it shot up by hundreds of bucks and is still slowly going up. So instead of spending New Years in BKK or SGN, my gf will be coming here instead.

What IS your budget. Obviously you won't get there on $37.50 but considering I was able to go to Thailand (which flew THROUGH Tokyo) for $700, you should be able to at least get $100-200 less than that. I have no clue if Boston is a notoriously pricey airport like Charlotte (the nearest international airport to me) but certainly you could take the train to somewhere like DC or NYC which are often very affordable.

I believe that side of the bracket was strongly driven by TV ratings for match-ups versus KY. Assuming KY makes it past N. KY, their second game is Wichita State, a team they have an intense recent history with. Should they make it past Wichita St, their sweet 16 game would likely be against UCLA, a team that beat them in the regular season and they have a long history with. Should they make it bast the Sweet 16, their Elite 8 game could be against UNC (yet another team they played this year and have a long history with). On the outside that Arkansas beats UNC, Arky and Kentucky just finished up a huge, very intense game against each other in the SEC finals. Oh and on the VERY outside chance that they should make it to the final 4, there is a VERY good chance that they will have to play Duke, and if they don't and UNC wins that division it becomes Duke/UNC in the Final 4 another made for TV ratings option.

Looking at Scott's emails that I have received (I am a premium member, but only for a couple months) I haven't seen Boston mentioned for any flights to Japan. I have seen deals to India, Vietnam, Beijing and Taiwan though. Boston seems to be mentioned a lot for the European deals and South American/Caribbean deals though. NYC on the other hand (if you can get there easily) has loads of very low priced deals to Tokyo.
