How did you feel about the Best Buy Blue Shirt employees? I'm currently one, but I've honestly always wanted to know the perspective from behind the counter.

Good to know haha, seems like a pretty accurate description of the blue shirts, we're able to take our time and slow things down with the customer to make sure that if we ARE going to try talking them into spending more of their money, at least they know what/why they're spending it. You guys always seem kinda pushed to follow everything exactly by the books, and get customers in and out as fast as possible.

Honestly, I think that you guys are great on an employee level. At least in my store, you tend to be quite knowledgeable on random facts if one of us happens to get stumped with a customer.

Rec sheets are just meh honestly, I can KINDA see the purpose in them, but I think they could be organized a little differently so it's a lot more natural with the customer, too much writing is involved with them.
