What one thing that you learned from working on Vanguard do you want to bring over to Pantheon?

Excellent answer, while that is not what I meant with this question it is why I and many of your "fans" needed to hear. We all deal with stress in different ways. I think stepping does as CEO and being Chief creative leader (or what ever your title is) was a very smart move.

Always loved your creativity and design aspects, not so much your management/leadership skills. Keep making great decisions like this and Pantheon will be great!
