Hey, as someone who has wanted to do this for a while and done plenty of architecture models. I would use foam core sheets, except I would think it would be a little hard to put a finish on because they kind of have a glossy coat. I was wondering these practical questions.

1. What type of foam is that/ Where do you get it?
2. For the finish I have never painted on something like that but I am guessing you had to use that putty like stuff everywhere so your paint job does not crack and get all shitty. What did you use to prep the foam before painting?
3. Did you use the help of templates and instructional sites, if so do you mind including some links?
4. Any tips or things to keep in mind, like mistakes you made that where avoidable?

Taking random suggestions from stranger, and it is hilarious the requests I get. What are some of the most absurd requests you have gotten? Or ones you had to turn down because of how ridiculous they were? For instance I was recently asked to paint a giant godzilla penis attacking a city... which did make me laugh. But I don't know if I am really ready to handle a cock that size.
