Talking of alcohol abuse, there's a great (well, awfully depressing) Louis Theroux documentary on people who are extreme alcoholics. "Drinking To Oblivion", I think it's called.
(Of course this thread is probably full of people who have watched everything he's done so are already aware of this, but if not, I do recommend it. And the Saville one. And basically everything he's put out)
