This is a disingenuous question that takes a fact out of important context. None of the recipients of the survey answered. Additionally the survey was about company sexual harassment policies and did not say that the respondents identities would be kept pritave. Generally companies do not want their own internal policies to be public information with their name attached.

Go ahead and level criticism at the entire industry regarding that if you like, but it seems misleading to single out PBS as if they were the only ones who did this.
