FWIW, Russian troll farms will post anti-Putin propaganda to agitate people and get them interested. Then, over time, they use forum-sliding to shape perspectives.

Unfortunately, a public stance against a person isn't enough to declare that a poster is against the person. There are other contextual clues to watch for, but I'm not qualified to describe them.

Not OP, but you can teach English in Korea with zero knowledge of Korean. Many kids already know English from grade school. They really just need to pick up pronunciation and conversation. I thought accents would be a big deal, but I knew a woman who grew up in rural West Virginia and did fine.
