Is this your first starring role in a movie? Are there any movies you compare it to in tone/style? I just watched the trailer and it seems interesting. Love that it's available on iTunes now- I am going to give it a shot.

I had PRK as well, and had a similar pain to OP - though mine lasted about 24 hours, not four days. The difference between the two procedures is that PRK is surface ablation, whereas LASIK involves a corneal flap. Basically with LASIK they peel back your cornea, correct your vision, and restore your cornea. My corneas were too thin, so PRK was my only option. I was told the pain was my cornea healing.

It was AWFUL. But then it was over and ten years later I would do it again tomorrow if I had to. Well worth it.
