Was there ever an in-game economy (Don't have to name) that made you cringe? Also, what is your view on people that play the trading post in-game?

On that note, if you were to implement real money into a game. I know that gambling / casino like items do really well in in-game stores (Casinos do really well obviously) however what do you feel about this?

The balance between rewarding people in-game and through a cash shop is of course difficult but how is the balancing process? I mean a MMO I play offers the majority of their (good looking) armor skins through cash shop and from a business perspective this of course makes sense. Do you feel that such an approach would end up deterring people away from a game or not? (It's only cosmetics and not stats that are better)
