I think lots of nurses are in an overworked rut and deal with people who insist on stuff they made up or read on the internet, and they don’t handle very rare conditions very well. They assume you don’t know what you’re talking about. That sucks.

Nah, it's self-correcting. If that were the case and no new content was being submitted, the demand would become voracious and there would be fame and glory for people who did find and submit good content.

Becoming part of the problem and making things worse for profit is pretty despicable. Basically white-collar crime (fraud). The only legit explanation is "I want the money and I don't care about anything else."
