What type of tools and resources do you use for weather and performance? AWC? What is your typical flow for planning a flight and evaluating weather?

On a toll road, you get a ticket or transponder ping when you get in and when you get off. If police wanted to be serious about speed limits, why don’t they ticket everyone who takes too little time to travel the distance?
