Hey Tim. I lost 57 pounds on a SCD/Paleo hybrid when I was a freshman in college. Since then, I've lapsed a bit and gained some back. I realize that this is my fault. I've got two questions for you:

1) What, if anything, would you change or add to your dietary advice for maximum fat loss with minimal thought or effort? It's been a few years since 4HB came out and I have to think you've learned more since.

2) What advice would you give a recent college grad with an arts degree who wants to break into the creative or business world? How would you go about such a task?
