I think more unwilling. I used to try to go the extra mile for the consumer, even do shit out of my depth just to provide the kind of service that I would want. But then this one lady threw her phone at me when I wouldn't do what she wanted, soured my mood, and now when it comes to other's people shit, fuck to them.

I might agree with this, except do you realize how much money it takes to get into some specialized hobbies?

I got into microsoldering, but it isn't something I can do at home. I do not have the space or the equipment, so I have to rent a workshop for time, and pursue it there. It becomes very costly after a few sessions.

I feel the exact same way when I see the Glutton Bowl, or hot dog eating competitions.

I grew up in similar situation: I never even had bacon until I was almost 18, because eating meat like that, especially not on a weekend/in the morning wasn't part of my life style.
