What was the culture shock of college like? How did you handle that type of massive transition?

Just because a device and service are faster, arbitrary data caps still remain a problem. If networks can provide richer advertisement and personalization, that just leads to less of my “available” data being used for things I do not want to see. What are CDNs and other backbone providers doing to push back against these data caps so that the internet can remain a free and open resource to all who wish to access it?
