I would imagine they take breaks for the long ones. Breaks for bathroon/water and breaks for the pitchers to talk in private about the deals they are offered. It all just gets edited out.

This is very popular in SF and the Silicon Valley. Since there are so many great companies to work for, a lot of them come up with creative perks to make their company more attractive to potential employees.
