Well... I would hope so.

But at least where I live majority of people is more like "well - they can read my mails - I have nothing to hide". Every time I hear that I want to punch them in the face - just because YOU don't want to use your goddamn freedom and privacy doesn't mean it's okay for those that WANT to make use of that right.

Not OP but I had lot of therapy (not mainly because of sexual issues but obviously they also played a part) and "excessive" is usually everything that has a negative effect on your everyday life.

For example, if you come late to work or skip important chores regularly, that's excessive.
