It's mine lands that are still under state permits. The problems that they cause with erosion and vegetation loss hold up release of the permits which means my inspection unit has to keep inspecting them and the responsible company keeps having to repair the damage. So, yes, it does effect me and others as well.

I work in mining and see a lot of large tracts of reclaimed mine lands. Why do so many ATV riders feel like it's their right to trespass on and tear up property that doesn't belong to them? I even had one guy try to justify his illegal activity to me at the gym once.
