Why do you guys over roast your beans?

How does it feel to meet the family of your donor? My mother had a heart transplant a few months back and I often find my self thinking about the family. Wondering if they have any idea just how grateful my family is for every thing.

Thank you. That was very touching to see. I can see my mother in your story. She too was very much at the end of her life when she got the call. I was starting to lose hope that she would get a transplant in time.

It also is great to see you looking so healthy after 6 months. My mother is starting to make some real progress. But she has a long ways yet.
