It sounds like a lot of people asking questions are Californians who are worried about what this means for their possibly new neighbors or the value if their homes.

My question is simply this: will the passing of proposition 10 mean I could live out my dream early of moving out to the big cities in CA? Such as San Francisco or San Diego? I own a 2,500 sq ft $200k home in the midwest as it is and don't want to downgrade to a 330 sq ft house for $500k+. Thanks in advance.
