Thanks for taking the time to do this AMA! Were there any occasions where tensions were high between both sides and it felt like shit could jump off at any minute? Did you witness any shots fired or fights between guards?

Wow the shelling of Yeonpyung island seems especially brazen. When you say cannons do you mean the kind that fire cannonballs or artillery? It seems almost comical to me that North Koreans would be shooting or test firing actual cannons. Maybe Kim Jong Un is misunderstood and really just wants to be a pirate.
