Very interesting read. Were you subject to discrimination at all as it sounds like for the most part yall were not treated well? Or is it more just a lack of care to cut costs?

Ultimately do you think personality tests have a role in the future of employment as anything other than a gimmick?

I am a psych bachelor currently going to study post-grad. A lot of these widely personality tests are poorly formulated and tend not to be reflective of one's personality and are loosely correlated with performance but one has to wonder if there's other factors at play there.
