What comes first to you guys? Treating Massive bleeds (MARCHH) or Airways/respiration? I've always wanted to know how the transition form combat medic to paramedic affects you guys and how your training should be adapted.

Would NASA be willing to accept undergraduate interns in the biomedical field from nations outside of the ISS program/without any prior space program input, short of Astronomy, like New Zealand? If so, how does the process change?
