How come the Sallie Mae website is so terrible? Interacting with that site is beyond frustrating. I can write so many things I hate about interacting with it. At times, it honestly feels like they're trying to make it as difficult as possible for me to actually process a payment online.

They also have a mobile app, but it's missing the ability to pay loans through it. What's the point of it, if it doesn't do the one thing its customers really need to do?

I just don't get how they are avoiding finding out the truth through google, but are totally cool with having a television crew document them while they find out the truth. That always seemed weird to me.

I've always found truckers to be fascinating.

1) Are CB radios still used among truckers?

2) America went through a period in the 70's when truckers seemed to be portrayed like cowboys or something and were in tons of movies and tv shows. How do truckers look back upon this time?
