He's a Catholic Bishop, so yes. Catholics believe demons exist, it's standard belief, and may in fact be formal Heresy to deny.

"Ordained by a pastor" Only bishops can ordain priests, so these men are not validly ordained priests.

"Married men" unless these men were ordained in Eastern rites explicitly allowing married men to be ordained, or they received explicit permission from the Vatican for these married men to be ordained, they are not in conformity with Church law.

A two second look at their website also shows they clearly aren't under confirmity with Rome - they consider themselves an "independent Eucharistic community_
