What is the single most important thing you would like to change in news broadcasting?

I read about that and couldn't believe it. I hear that amongst DARPA's objectives, creating a false impression of the military's capabilities is high up there. Curious to know if that's the case here because this seems so far fetched. I mean we dont yet understand the neural code after decades worth of research (correct me if I'm wrong) so I don't know how they plan on doing this.
