What's a good way to deal with anxiety? I'm soo nervous that my grades will plummet this quarter and I'm buried in homework right now... Today is a really shitty day, I failed in my English exam and my grandmother died.... I feel bad for my father who was unable to visit grandma before she died, it happened so suddenly. What can you do to help someone who is grieving? Sorry for the rant
