Have you heard the rumors of Lombardi bringing Mallett to Cleveland for a high draft pick? The Belichick connection is there, and Lombardi was VERY high on Mallett in his draft year (had him as the #1 QB, I believe).

As a Pats fan, I love it. As someone who possesses some common sense, I say it'll never happen. What say you?
