So a question I have for you is this: How often do you and your animators get in a rut/depression/downward spiral/loss of motivation and what are ways that you and they get back on track?

Educational: Right to work simply makes it so that Unions can not enforce a contract with a business that forces all workers in that business to join the Union.

Workers are still completely free to join Unions in right to work states, but at their own choice and only if they feel that their dues are being used in a worthwhile fashion.

A better question for Mike: Why do you think Unions should be able to enforce mandatory enrollment into them as a condition of employment, even in situations where the Union has become either ineffective, incompetent, or ridiculously corrupt?
